Received my Rim 26 inch container without the plugs or any information pamphlet and a scratch on the top of the container. Almost looked like this was a return rather than a new container. Taking 2 weeks to get the plugs -would have appreciated expedited shipping.

Crescent Garden went way above and beyond, thank you so much for the house call to help me with my new pots. I had a few stuck water level gauges on the 7 new self watering pots I purchased, and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with them, so Paula made a house call and checked each water level gauge for me. She then filled them up with water to confirm they were working properly, and even left a watering can and houseplant insect control as well. I love my new pots, and their dedication to customer service is truly unmatched. Thank you CG!

My TruDrop Crescent Planter looks great and the plants are very happy enjoying the constant supply of water. With the coming dry season I found these TruDrop planters are the perfect solution and an excellent contribution to water saving. I can go away for weeks and the plants will be perfectly watered. No worries. Gardening with 0 stress. Thank you Crescent Garden

The Trudrop planters have been a game changer for me growing in hot Tennessee weather. I am able to leave for a week and come back to healthy plants in my planters in the middle of the summer! My planters pay for themselves within a growing season because I'm not having to replace dried out plants. And as I started collecting more indoor plants, I was AMAZED at the difference the Trudrop Flex planters and Trudrop One self watering planters made in maintaining those often finicky houseplants. Their Dylan and Emma planters have been wonderful for growing strawberries and propagating new plants. Growing in planters has been simplified!

We love Crescent! Crescent is our go to for all outdoor/indoor planters. It is nice to deal with such professional people. The styles offered by Crescent match contemporary and modern architecture; there are so many styles to choose from. Not only do we sell these to all of our customers, we use them at our own houses as well. One of the perks is their 10-year warranty which we have never had to use!
